Legal dispute between Samsung and Microsoft due to a patent infringement since a long time, and this conflict was made the first headlines in this summer, so this problem still exist between both companies, and it seems the both companies were unable to reach an agreement. In trying to end the this case, Samsung made this case in the hands of the International Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.
In the year 2011, the Company has signed a Samsung exchange deal patents with Microsoft Corp., and agreed Microsoft Corp. to allow Samsung to use all patents affiliate relating to the system Alandroed and get in return the return of physical every Android device sold by the South Korean company. But after Microsoft Corp. has acquired a section in the devices and services company Nokia Samsung refused to pay returns to Microsoft Corp., noting that Microsoft Corp. had violated Patent Convention, signed by her.
